St Columba's Crosspool

Open to God, Welcoming All

Another story must begin…..

Do  join us on this new study course for  Lent  based on the film “Les Miserables” and  led by Revd. Frances Eccleston.

This uplifting and much-praised film explores themes of sin and grace, redemption and forgiveness.  We will discuss how these patterns are at work in “Les Miserables” and in the story of our own lives, using DVD clips of the film and key biblical texts to help our discussion.  There will be a daytime and an evening group on offer, each consisting of four sessions.

Sessions will last an hour and a half, and will be held in St Columba’s Church, Crosspool.  Groups will start with a cup of coffee and end with a time of quiet reflection.  All are welcome, and there is no charge.  You need to have seen the whole film before the start of the course!

Evening Group.
