Both churches are located 2.5 miles (4km) west of Sheffield City Centre, in Crosspool, the last suburb of the city before the city boundary and open countryside is reached. St Columba’s Church is on the A57 Manchester Road, on the left as you go through Crosspool towards Manchester, just past the turning to Lodge Moor, Stephen Hill is about 100m further on the same side of the road on the corner of Benty Lane opposite The Sportsman Pub.
Both church sites are very close to the Crosspool shopping centre, and here to welcome all who come through our doors, whether for a church service, a vaccination, for Lunch Club, a keep fit class or one of the many other activities that take place in our buildings.
Public Transport
Crosspool is well served by the frequent no 51 bus service from Sheffield City center, the nearest stop being just round the corner on Sandygate Road in Crosspool Shopping Centre, and the X57 to Manchester stops outside both churches.
